Wir haben als kleine Gruppe 4 Nächte in diesem Apartment verbracht. Wir waren primär zum Ski fahren da, und dafür ist die Unterkunft echt absolut perfekt! Die Talstationen von sowohl Söll als auch Scheffau erreicht man mit dem Auto in unter 5min, und auch mit dem Bus würde es vermutlich nicht viel länger dauern. Die Unterkunft selbst war super für eine kleine Studenten-Gruppe. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist völlig ausreichend ausgestattet, um sich für einige Tage zu verpflegen. Im Wohnzimmer kann man schön Zeit zusammen verbringen. Die Vermieter sind auch extrem nett und haben immer sofort geantwortet und sind auf alle unsere Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen :)

Great apartment for four adults and wonderful host. Lenny was very helpful and flexible, and the apartment was in very good condition. Plenty of parking space available, and located right next to the ski bus stop. Lenny even arranged for a discount on the ski rental. Highly recommend this place!

Positive: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war angemessen Negative: Wer gern mit geschlossenen Fenstern schläft, sollte kein Problem haben. Die Unterkunft befindet sich an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, allerdings ist nachts weniger Verkehr.

Lenny has lived in Soll for decades and it showed through the advice and support he gave us. We were made incredibly welcome but at the same time the appartment is private and fully self contained. It was the perfect base for our vacation and we very much hope to go again. The acomodation has been finished to a high standard, is modern and elegant. Highly recommended.

Positive: Lenny was a perfect host. He's really committed and helpful, and you could ask him anything. The accommodation itself was spacious and had a fully equiped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the skibus to the Hexenwasser gondola jn Söll stopped right in front of the door. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks Lenny! Negative: The 6 persons appartment only had 5 barchairs, and the sleepingcouch was not that comfortable

Positive: Sehr netter Gastgeber ,immer hilfsbereit und gibt viele Tipps. Schönes Skigebiet und Skibushaltestelle direkt vor der Unterkunft. Ort zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Schöne große helle Wohnung. Danke Lenny,für die schöne Urlaubswoche und deine Gastfreundschaft. Negative: Unterkunft liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. Wird aber gegen Abend ruhiger. Fenster dichten gut ab.

Positive: Die Wohnung war sehr schön, besonders mit den zwei Schlaf- und Badezimmern. Lenny als Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Negative: Es fehlte ein bisschen Geschirr (Schüsseln, Löffel). Wenn man eine Ferienwohnung hat und gerne auch selber kocht, dann könnte es die ein oder andere Schüssel zusätzlich geben.

Fijn appartement!
Fijn schoon appartement met twee badkamers en dat is met 4 volwassenen heel fijn! Wel een wat drukke weg, maar aangezien wij er nagenoeg alleen geslapen hebben was dat geen probleem. Vlak bij dorp en skipistes. Host erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wonderful mountain view appartment
Great location on the outskirts of Söll. Ideally situated to utilise the free bus service provided through your guest card. Great walking from right outside the door. Very friendly and attentive host.

This was the second time our family of 5 have stayed here The welcome we received upon arrival was warm and sincere The accommodation is spotless and of ample size for all of us A lovely 10 min walk to the ski slopes Great skiing this year I am sure we will be back again and I would recommend the accommodation with ease
